CNC conversion analysis

Hi Folks,

I am looking to do a budget analysis to convert our shop to a CNC operation.

Where can I start or who can help me in doing a CNC analysis of cost etc?

I need to work out the all-in cost of production using a CNC, as well as the daily or weekly production rates.

Usually the suppliers have some sort analysis but more often it appears slightly skewed.

Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.
